We got some good news! wanted to thank ALL of you for literally Hundreds of prayers & Kind words. It must be working so please keep them coming our way. Our Dr just gave us the first of several test results & Haley has No Leukemia in her Spinal fluid. Just in her blood. Her white blood cell count went to almost Normal today also. We will know what kind of Leukemia it is Mon Late or Tues early & then the next round of treatments start. since her spinal tap came back clean she will need Less chemo & shorter time to recover. were not out of the woods yet but its a relief to get some good news along with all this crap. Please keep her in your thought s & prayers as it soooo seems to be helping & it warms my heart. THANK YOU!!!!

Please kick the Prayers into hi gear today, yesterday was Miss Haleys worst feeling day Yet & were getting the diagnosis today on which type Leukemia it is, the Drs are saying A.L.L. is the kind were hoping for so please Pray for that. She woke up today with good color in her face & a smile so im hoping today is NOTHING like yesterday. Im staying Strong for her & not letting her see me cry. So many friends have helped me stay strong with nice comments & Prayers, IT REALLY HELPS US - THANK YOU www.HelpHaley.org

We got kinda good news again. There are many types of Leukemia. Her Drs were Hoping for the type Pre B - A.L.L. since its the most common in children 1 to 7 & WE GOT LUCKY !! That what she has, so only 6 months of intense chemo, Instead of 9 to 30 Months of Chemo. All your Thoughts & prayers really seemed to help pull her through, Thank you. 6 months of Chemo given through her spine will not be easy or cheap so please help with prayers & even with a donation if you can. www.HelpHaley.org
March 23nd
Today I REALLY Need all the best thoughts & Prayers today for Miss HaleyHuber. they woke us up at 4am & are having trouble taking blood for testing, Then 9 am they do the damn steroids, & then today at Noon Central time they are doing her 3rd Chemo & this one is the harsh one. Im scared for my baby. Please spread the word for me to Pray for Haley today especially at noon
March 24th
Thank all of the hundreds of you for all the Prayers & Thoughts for my Daughter HaleyHuber. We still have a long road ahead. We are finally going home today but we need to return on Tues for her next spinal tap & then she will be receiving Chemo through her spine on a regular weekly basis for 2 1/2 years. So PLEASE keep praying for her regularly & the cost is very high so any help is very appreciated (Donations & Things for the silent auction). We will have news on her Benefit concert & the silent auction on her website as info comes together. Please visit her website to leave her a prayer on her guestbook page or to help in any way you can. We have been overwhelmed with all the kindness from friends & strangers alike, We also started a Cancer foundation to help others in years to come. We want to pay it forward with a benefit for Kids Cancer annually. This 1st benefit will help Haley get through her situation & then in years to come we will be helping Random families & Kids in St. Johns Pediatrics's where the awesome Dr's have helped Haley onto the road to recovery. My Daughter needs a prayer from everybody. there saying the Chemo she is on May or May Not make her lose her hair. She is very sad about it so Please pray she doesn't have to go threw more hell. She has enough negative stuff going on
March 30th
Well today I went to the Dr with Haley at 8am. They had to access her port in her chest to have blood work first & Then we found out she had low platelets, So they had to order blood platelets, that took an hour then 2 hours to drip into her, Finally got out of there at 3pm. 7 Hours at the Dr wore me out!! Now I am going to try & invoice all my March work, Dont really have my head into 4 more hours of work. I might just wake up at 7am & kill the billing & spend tonight watching a movie with my little angel. Well Haley went to the Dr again & she didnt have to get a transfusion!! her counts were low from the chemo but NOT low enough for a transfusion. They said she is responding well to the chemo. SO KEEP THE PRAYERS COMING!! Thanks a million!!

Easter Sunday
Well The Steroids & Chemo are Making her feel Yucky & its hard for her to walk for long periods But she is trying to stay happy. She is such an awesome person, She never complains, Always wants to help & asks EVERY kid we meet "Can I be your friend" She is the Light of my Life & My Best Friend! Daddy Loves you Haley Lyn

Who Wants GOOD NEWS???? Well Haley went to the Dr today as usual all week long. She DIDNT need a blood transfusion today witch is AWESOME!! More good news!! The tests showed she IS NOT Nutrapenic for now. What does that mean? She can now resume a normal diet & she can play with other kids without a mask!!! Still a long road ahead but its nice to get positive news with so much negative going on, This Leukemia will be BEAT with Prayers & help from all of you, Please keep the prayers coming on her website & here, Thank you, this will be ongoing chemo for 2 1/2 Years so Please find it in your heart to Donate
April 15th
Hey Friends, Haley made it through fine, sorry I didnt get on Facebook yesterday, I had some family issues come up. But we got good news too, her blood it responding well to the chemo (THANX TO ALL THE PRAYERS) so phase 2 has changed. She will get the Spinal Tap Chemo every Tues for another 3 weeks :( Then we go into Phase 3. Phase 2 was supposed to have to have an in house nurse & a Backpack with a Blood IV but she is responding well so that was cancled so far so good, Please KEEP The good thoughts & Prayers coming it seems to be working, I will Update again Thursday, THANK YOU to all of you Helping this awesome little girl

***Haley Update*** FINALLY a day NOT at the Hospital, Her fever held at 100.2 today & she even laughed a few times today. ***Haley Update*** Well this new Chemo she gets in her chest has given her a cough & Tongue sores. :-( Please say a prayer for her. We still have a LOT of bad shit on our plate right now. Sorry I havent Posted, been working 12 to 14 hour days to keep up with medical bills & Im super tired. Her tickets for her concert for cancer really need to be sold. ***HALEY UPDATE*** She got her Chemo today. Her Counts were Fair Not Great :( Also she scratched her knee & due to her low blood count its already infected. They started her on Antibiotics for that today so now I have to give her 6 meds every 4 hours, Please pray for the infection to GO AWAY!!! She cant walk right now
July
Well July we started the intense Chemo phase. she has to get Chemo twice a week until the end of Aug. Please Pray for her to be ok
Aug
Please show your support & Donate to Haleys Hospital bills. She is doing good on her Intense Chemo Treatment. This will continue until mid Oct. she has been getting a crazy amount of chemo :( Daily until late Aug Then every 10 days through Sept ~~~ Well the Daily Chemo knocked all her hair out :-(
SEPT:
She has had 2 blood transfusions in 2 weeks & Just got Platelets, She has blood work this coming Tues (Sept 11th) again & Then She has her next spinal tap Wed Sept 12th if her blood counts are good. Then every 10 days for 2 months :-( Please pray for her

*Haley Update* Haley is now in a phase called Maintenance. She takes oral Chemo Nightly just before bed, Takes Septra orally twice a day, Takes steroids twice a day 5 days in a row at the beginning every month, She goes to the hospital every Wed to have blood work done & they give her Methotrexate (7 Pills). She also still gets a spinal tap chemo every 12 weeks, Its not easy dumping all that shit

Well Haley made it through the day. She had an accidental double dose of steroids 1st & 5ml of Septra, & 2 Table spoons of Sinus & Cough medicine. Then had her chest port accessed & they did Blood work, Put Vincristine Chemo in her chest, Then she had to eat 7 Methotrexate Chemo pills, then she had to have Liquid chemo, Another dose of 1ml steroids, and a nightly dose of Septra, then she also had to have another 2 table spoons of Sinus & Cough medicine. How much SHIT can they pump into a 6 year old baby. TODAY SUCKED!!

down her throat but she is beating Leukemia & responding well to the treatments. She just turned 6 on 11/07/2012 & we have to continue all this until she is 8 years old so 2 more years of this. Please keep her in your thoughts & don't forget all she goes through everyday. She is the light of my life I couldn't live without her ♥
